When we first laid eyes on this gorgeous Pennsylvania wedding, we were completely smitten with all the beautiful garden details and outdoor setting. The greenery and plant elements are just so unique, what a lovely backdrop for a wedding.
From the Photographer: Most wedding photographers have that one dream venue that they have been dying to shoot a wedding at…for me, it was Terrain. Melissa and Truman had their first look in front of the historic mushroom house. Truman was so sweet, wiping away the happy tears from Melissa’s cheek. We strolled through the grounds, which included a horticultural garden center, shop, and cafe.
The ceremony site is actually an Indian temple decorated with white drapes and floral garland. Truman and his new bride exchanged vows and rings in a short, but very sweet ceremony.
The reception was held in the restored barn and was filled with gorgeous farm tables adorned with chalkboard table numbers, linen runners, and the centerpieces had mismatched vases on top of wood slices with delicate florals all created by Just Because Flowers. There was also an abundance of pretty string lights throughout the entire barn, including the backdrop for the dance floor. The room itself had a truly organic feel, with bookshelves lined with tin vases and plants everywhere you looked.

Awesome post!! Just one correction – the link for the bakery we used is http://www.frostedfoxcakeshop.com. Wanted to be sure they got the recognition they deserved! Everything else looks great!
Thank you! We have made the update!
